I want to capture more than a picture, I want to capture a feeling.

Being raised in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains taught me to see both beauty and resilience everywhere I look. I picked up my first camera in high school, and I haven’t been able to put it down since. With over 6 years of professional photography experience, I've had the privilege of capturing countless memories, from family moments to portraits that tell personal stories.

While I love helping families and individuals preserve their special moments, my heart is also drawn to something bigger. I’m working toward a career in photojournalism, with the goal of using my photography to bring awareness to forgotten communities and underprivileged children. A photograph is worth a thousand words, and I want to use my lens to amplify voices, spark change, and document the untold stories that deserve to be heard.

Whether I'm capturing a quiet family moment or working on a larger story through photojournalism, my focus stays the same. I want the people I photograph to feel seen. When you look back at your photos, I hope you remember not just how things looked, but how they felt.
